Recruiting and managing foreign workers/employee's for our clients (employers) i.e. individuals, organizations and companies are our main responsibility. we ensure that the employer's demand for both skilled and non-skilled foreign employee's from Africa are fulfilled through training and managing employee's in proper Canadian morals and legal ways to ensure that they meet the employer's expectations as well as following legal procedures as required by Government of Canada and Province/territorial laws.
Safety of both employers and foreign employee's is our prioty hence we process all legal travel documents required by government of canada. Following the agreement with immigration refugee's and citizenship canada (IRCC), we further investigate the criminal background of all foreign empoyee's , healthy status and competence before processing travel documents i.e. work visa, health insurance, work permit, social insurance number (SIN) e.t.c.
Currently we are managing payrolls for over 1200 employers and 15000 employee's salaries and allowances including other benefits for all our employee's in time as per contract. with experience of over 35 years , we bridge the gap between both parties across various sectors in Canada.
